How much can I claim for telephone etc as allowable expenses - UK ...

The follow is a list of allowable expenses that I can claim for as a taxi-driver but it's difficult to know how much I can claim since some of the items are not used solely for business use but also private use.

Telephone/mobile
Internet
Protective clothing and Cleaning products for car washing
Clothes for work
Use of house as office
Sundries (not sure what would come under this?)

Are there standard amounts that one can claim?
Any other suggestions of allowable expenses?

(I have not included in the list costs of diesel, repairs etc as these amounts are easily ascertained).
